Gloves Sizing
A simple method to determine the size of the glove you’ll need is to measure the circumference of your hand, just below the knuckles. If your right handed, use your right hand and vice versa.

- Boxing Gloves:
- Small = 6" - 7.5" circumference, 12oz
- Regular/Medium = 7.5" - 8.5" circumference, 14oz
- Large = 8.5" - 9.5" circumference, 16oz
- XL = 9.5" & Above circumference, 18oz or 20oz
