Forlai's Paintball offers the following Returns Policy: Most items are under manufacturer warranty and in the case of any defective merchandise must be dealt with through the manufacturer. On other returns Customer must contact us before a return is made, All returns must be within 3 days of receipt. and must still be brand new sealed and unused items. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non refundable.
